Working with the traditional method (Champagne), Quinta do Ferro concentrated its efforts on the production of exclusive sparkling wines, genuinely Portuguese and unique, which come from the Avesso grape variety, the native grape from Bai\u00e3o, from the Douro Verde region, one of the best grape varieties in the world to produce sparkling wine.<\/p>\n
Avesso also has an excellent ability to produce wines of great elegance, freshness and acidity.
